Conwy County Borough Council have launched thier consultation on the actions needed to better improve services for local residents over the next 5 years.
The Council is inviting the public to submit their views and suggestions on its draft Corporate Plan. This sets out the Council’s goals and targets to make improvements.
A spokesperson for the council said: "To create the draft plan the Council has already talked to organisations and community groups, business professionals and staff, Town and Community Councils, families, young people and more.
"They told of their experiences of Council services, what matters to them and what they thought the Council should focus on, and that feedback was used to write the five-year plan. The plan is also supported by lots of other strategies."
