Bay Manager Craig Hogg has given a team update, including one departure, ahead of next Saturday's big 'derby' game at home to third-placed Llandudno (2:30pm kick off).

Hoggy says everyone is looking forward to what he says  is "a game like no other."

"The fixture was played put in front of a massive crowd last time we played at Llanelian Road, and if there were over 1,000 people watching next Saturday I don't think anyone would be surprised, judging by the crowds we have been getting so far," he added.

"I expect it to be a closely fought match and players in both camps won't need much motivating for it.

"Both teams will feel they can win, but from our point of view, we know how important it will be for us to perform like we know we can.

"Our fans will play a big part again and could well be the difference make.

"On injury news, Jordan Carrington, Gwion Owen and Kristian Platt have now resumed training and will do so again this week,

"We've picked up a couple of new injuries from the cup game on Friday night and will assess those this week."

There has been one departure from the squad, however, and the manager reported: " Illan Hughes has decided to leave the club with a view to joining aa Tier 3 side in January.

"Illan has been great for us and was so unlucky when he broke some ribs on match day three.

"I really wish him well. He is a good man and a good central midfielder. I'm sorry to see him go, but understand his reasons why."
