The family of a 53-year-old man who died in Holyhead have paid tribute to him as a murder investigation continues.
Michael Anthony Ward was found at a flat at Llys Watling, on London Road, at around 2.40am on Saturday, 17 October.
In a statement, his family said: “Our father was a loving family man with a big heart. He will be greatly missed.
“We would ask for our privacy to be respected at this difficult time whilst we process our loss.”
A murder investigation was launched following Mr Ward’s death.
Martin Ward, 33, of Kingsland Road, Holyhead, has been charged with the murder of his father.
He is due to appear before Caernarfon Crown Court on Wednesday, 21 October.
Police are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding Mr Ward’s death.
