With local churches closed over a period of great religious significance, Bayside welcomes you to another two special 'virtual' services on Easter Sunday.

The very popular Sunday Service brings you a special Easter programme from 10am with Jeff Pearson. Then later on from 5pm, Old Colwyn's Canon Quentin Bellamy presents Evensong for Easter Day.

Canon Quentin, has put together a Service of Evensong with topical prayers featuring the cathedral choirs of Norwich, Lichfield and Southwark, together with the Huddersfield Choral Society, and solo organists Adrian Partington at the organ of Winchester Cathedral and William McVicker at the organ of the Parish Church of St Barnabas, Dulwich.

Both programmes are available to listen to on demand whenever you like throughout Sunday and for at least 7 days.

Bayside also has a treat for everyone on Monday afternoon with a 1940s Special.

The show which has been put together by popular demand for local rest and nursing homes will begin at 3pm for residents at care and rest homes thanks to Bayside presenter and Rydal Penrhos Director of Music Pete Williams.

That's followed at 4pm with two hours of vintage rock 'n' roll presented by Phillydog, aka Phil Williams.

Have a Happy Easter, at home, safe with Bayside Radio.
