Four people were taken to hospital following a two-vehicle crash on the A55 between Old Colwyn and Llandullas earlier today.
The incident was reported just before 11 am, causing major delays as the eastbound lanes were shut.
North Wales Police confirmed the collision and enforced a temporary road closure for investigation.
Whilst the condition of the casualties is not yet known, it is thought that the hospital admissions were precautionary.
