The A55 is currently closed in both directions due to a vehicle fire in the Conwy Tunnel.
Smoke is billowing from the tunnel as fire crews work at the scene. Traffic has been building and major delays should be expected.
Traffic Wales has advised motorists to avoid the area. The fire service has now declared it a major incident and residents in the vicinity are advised to close windows and doors.
