Officers are currently searching for Alisia, who has been reported missing from the Blaenau Ffestiniog area.
Alisia, 17, was last seen at around 7am on Friday, 13 February, and may have travelled to the Llandudno Junction or somewhere in the West Conwy area.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts should call North Wales Police on 101.
