A Old Colwyn man has been jailed for causing the death of a man from Felinheli following a fatal collision in 2021.
Richard Owen Gardner, 40, of Tan y Lan Road, Old Colwyn was sentenced to 10 months imprisonment at Mold Crown Court today (Thursday) having earlier pleaded guilty to causing death by careless driving.
Gardner was also disqualified from driving for two years and five months and must take an extended retest before driving again.
