A generous donation to the Llandudno Lifeboat station was received last week from a recently opened Cafe Bar in the town.
Llandudno's RNLI Operations Manager, Marcus Elliot and Fundraising Chair, Sue Perkins attended the Ormo Lounge on Gloddaeth Avenue, where they met with General Manager, Joe.
In their first month of sales, the Ormo Lounge raised 20p from every burger sale and 10p from every coke sale to give to the RNLI. Along with an event held at the premises, the Ormo Lounge have raised an incredible £2,578 for the RNLI.
A spokesperson said: "As a charity, separate from the coastguard and independent from government, we are reliant on voluntary donations to power our lifesaving work. Donations such as this one, really help us to maintain our service and to help save lives at sea."
