Two women and a man have been arrested after a road altercation in Dwygyfylchi.
The incident on the A55 near to the Puffin Roundabout resulted in a two-hour road closure and traffic chaos into Conwy and along approaching roads.
According to a police update this evening, two men were injured and taken to hospital, one later arrested for assault.
The women were arrested for dangerous driving, wounding with intent, drug driving and other offences.
The man is in police custody and the women are released under investigation.
