North Wales Police have reported that an 18 year old man has been arrested on suspicion of public order offences.
This followed a report made to officers yesterday and previous statements made regarding a man following women in the West Conwy area. This included suspicous activity in the Rhos-on-Sea area.
Police have confirmed that following the arrest, the man was subsequently released on bail with conditions for further enquiries to be completed.
A statement from Police in West Conwy reiterated concerns from the communities impacted.
