Police are tonight investigating the circumstances around an incident in Rhyl which saw a man fall from a building in Rhyl.
Emergency services responded following reports of a 29 year old male having fallen from a building on River Street on Saturday morning.
Local roads surrounding the promenade were closed by officers at the scene to facilitate the landing of Helimed Helicopters and enable the casualty to be treated prior to transferring him to hospital.
A spokesperson for North Wales Police said: "We would again like to thank the local community and visitors to the area for their patience and understanding whilst the road closures remained in place.
"We would appeal for anyone who witnessed the incident on River Street to please get in touch with us on 101 or call Crimestoppers 0800 555 111."
