North Wales Police have confirmed that a local man has been charged with theft in Rhos-on-Sea.
Martin Bellew, aged 55, was arrested earlier this month and has now appeared before the Magistrates Court in Conwy.
He has been charged with two counts of theft and has been granted bail. Bellew will now appear before the court again on November the 6th.
