The sad passing of Dave Cowans, former Director of Park and Gardens and Leisure for Colwyn Borough Council has been announced by his family and R.W. Roberts and Son Funeral Directors.
Mr. Cowan who was a Conwy County Borough Councillor passed away peacefully at his home in Old Colwyn on September 10th aged 73 years.
He will be sadly missed by Jean, Sarah, Tom, Scott and Jo, a cherished and proud grandad Dave to Jack, Ella, Issy, Lili and Mia and dear brother of the late Don.
A private service will be held at Colwyn Bay Crematorium on Friday 25th September at 12.30pm.
