Are you able to recruit and retain staff with the right skills for your business? Do you want to be part of the process of changing the skills landscape in the North Wales region?

If you are an employer based in the North Wales area, this is your opportunity as a business in the area to share your views with the North Wales Regional Skills Partnership about the challenges, issues and opportunities you and your business have experienced in skills, training and workforce development over recent months, and what your future skills needs are.

The North Wales Skills Partnership is one of four Skills Partnerships in Wales working with local businesses to understand their skills requirements.

A special online survey has been commissioned, to not only provide an understanding of the challenges and skills gaps facing businesses in the area of ​​skills, training and workforce development, but also to inform the next Covid-19 Impact report, which will be shared with Welsh Government.

This survey is a short online questionnaire and should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.

This survey will helpunderstand the skills you need now, and for the future. It will enable the Skills Partnership to understand the business landscape across the region, and to ensure that our priorities respond to the needs of businesses across the sectors.
