Tributes have been paid to two women, aged 29 and 25, who died after being pulled from the water in the Eryri National Park last Wednesday.
The University of Chester confirmed that the women, Hajra Zahid, 29, and Haleema Zahid, 25, were pursuing masters degrees in international business.
An investigation into their deaths in pools by the Watkin Pass will open on Wednesday by the North West Wales coroner.
