Players in Wales from Tier 2 and below are able to compete, provided they have never played in the JD Cymru Premier and have never been a professional. Players (aged between 19-40) must have been registered in Wales and within their region for a minimum of two years.

Mark commented: "I am grateful to Guy for the opportunity to be part of his Cymru North staff for the Region's Cup.

"It is an exciting competition to be involved in and we look forward to the challenge of aiming to qualify for September's tournament.

"I would also like to thank Craig Hogg and everyone at the Bay for their support in me taking on this extra role."
