A main road in Conwy closed for emergency repair works by Dwr Cymru, will be re-opening earlier than expected.
The A470 between Maenan and Tal-y-Cafn will now be closed until 2pm tomorrow. Both directions are affected, with a diversion along the A55 and A5.
The urgent road closure was required following the restoration of water last weekend and a major leak that occured under the A470.
Dwr Cymru reported earlier that the work had been successful and that they were pleased to re-open the busy road much earlier than originally planned.
