One of America's most-wanted fugitives, Daniel Andreas San Diego, has had his UK bank accounts frozen after being arrested last year in Maenan near Llanrwst.
San Diego appeared at Llandudno Magistrates Court via video link from London and police requested a freezing order for his accounts, which hold over £20,000.
San Diego, who is wanted by the FBI for bombing two office buildings in San Francisco in two thousand and three, is currently in custody awaiting extradition to the United States.
