A prayer vigil for the three Conwy fishermen missing at sea has been held online at St. Paul's Church in Llandudno.
Fishermen Alan Minard, Carl Mc Grath and Ross Ballantine were reported missing at sea when their boat Nicola Faith failed to return to Conwy harbour in the early hours of Thursday morning.
The service which was conducted by Reverend Sam Erlandson followed two days of searches for the men and a vigil at the Llandudno Lifeboat station where family and close friends anxiously waited for news.
The coastguard confirmed that the search would end on Friday.
During the service, Rev Erlandson said that it was the "not knowing that hurts the most" and expressed words of comfort and support to family members and those watching the service.
Prayers were also held at Llandudno lifeboat station by Rev Philip Barratt in response to the search with thoughts expressed for the men and the volunteer lifeboat crews who had searched the waters in difficult conditions.
Many thousands of pounds have been raised on Just Giving for the families of the fishermen and also for the RNLI.
