North Wales Police are appealing for witnesses to an assault on a 10 year old child which took place at 3.45pm yesterday at Knightley’s fair in Towyn.
Two people have so far been arrested in relation to this matter, however it is clear there was great interest in this incident by members of the public attending at the location.
