A yellow warning for ice and slippy conditions have been issued for Thursday in the Bay and across Conwy county.
The conditions which will see temperatures drop to a low of 3 degrees celcius will see ice form from midnight until 10am on Thursday morning.
There is also a slight risk of freezing fog on high ground in the county.
The Met Office yellow 'be aware' warning suggests that the risk of slips and falls will increase and drivers should be aware of increased stopping distances.
