The Welsh Mountain Zoo has announced a programme of Eggcellent Easter activities for all to enjoy in the Easter Half Term.
The fun kicked off on 9th April and is running right through to the 24th April, the two-week schedule of egg-tastic adventures includes a Golden Egg Hunt, White Rabbit Trail and Easter Crafts.
Both the Trail and Egg Hunt are free to all Zoo visitors and offer a fun way to discover more about the Zoo and its animals – with the added bonus of an Easter treat on completion.
Easter Crafts will also take place every Tuesday and Thursday morning during the Easter Break in the WILD Centre.
Along with these Easter specials, visitors have the chance to take part in one of the Zoo’s Animals encounters, where lucky adults and children can get up close and personal with the Penguins, Meerkats, Primates or Sea Lions (extra charges apply). Pre-booking is essential for an Animal Encounter.
Charlotte Dykes, Marketing Manager commented: “We love Easter here at the Zoo. It is one of the most popular times of the year for people to visit. We like to really throw ourselves into all things Easter - especially anything egg-related and chocolate of course!”
Egg Hunt must be pre-booked in advance. Visit www.welshmountainzoo.org for more information.
