Earlier today I had the pleasure to learn a bit more about Ty Gobaith and Hope House Children's Hospices here in Conwy and in Oswestry.
Commmunity Engagement Officer Tamsin Jones spoke to me about many of the services offered that our community may not be aware of and details of a networking event which local charities and organisations are welcome to come along to soon.
