As part of the Conwy Employment Job spot which we do every Wednesday with Steve, comes the opportunity to meet some wonderful groups making a difference in our community.
Earlier today, I had the pleasure of meeting Ceri and Paula to chat about the fantastic work that is done in North Wales around becoming a Shared Lives carer.
Ceri is part of the PSS Shared Lives team and Paula is one of the very committed Shared Lives carers.
