Based in Llandudno and supporting communities across Conwy, Gwynedd and Anglesey, St David’s Hospice provides vital, free care to people living with life-limiting illnesses, as well as support for their families and loved ones — 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Each year, its work touches the lives of many local people, made possible largely through the generosity of the community.
Joining me to talk about the latest developments at the hospice, and the exciting programme of events coming up this spring and summer, is Richard Jones — speaking with me, Simon Wynne.
