New: Rhos-on-Sea Heritage Walk

December 06, 2020 - 554 views

Hi there,

Last week I had the chance to catch up with Ian Reid from the Colwyn Bay Heritage Group about the new, revised edition of the Rhos on Sea Heritage trail which has just been re-launched.

In this short interview with Ian, I find out more about the guides which are a really valuable and accessible way for the community and visitors to learn about local history. Ian created the Rhos trail and has undertaken a lot of additional work to update and extend this new version. Please take a listen...

The printed booklet is available from the Tourist Information Point in Rhos (Happy Faces) and the Llandudno and Conwy Tourist Information Centres.

The project has been supported by Imagine Colwyn Bay, an exciting project that seeks to harness interest in the town’s unique past to inspire and connect people, groups and businesses through innovative cultural activities, exhibitions and events.

Imagine is supported by the National Lottery Heritage Fund with thanks to Bay of Colwyn Town Council and Conwy County Borough Council
