Heavy rain is set for North Wales on Thursday into Friday according to the latest yellow weather warning update from the Met Office.
From the early hours on Thursday morning heavy rain is expected across North and North West Wales including Conwy, Gwynedd and Anglesey. Rain will continue late into Friday evening.
Moderate winds are also expected to compound driving conditions on the regions roads.
An average of between 40-60mm of rainfall is expected across most areas with as much as 100-120mm over high ground and up to 160mm in Snowdonia.
The Met Office warns of surface water and the risk that some communities could see roads cut off by floods. There is a slight chance of power cuts in more remote locations and fast flowing rivers could pose a risk to life.
