Some ferries have been cancelled and many homes left without power as strong gales have hit North Wales.
Blasts of up to 70mph have been recorded with a yellow alert for wind in North West Wales until 3pm. Speed restrictions were put in place on the Britannia Bridge from just after before 8am and remain in force for motorcycles, caravans and high sided vehicles.
Irish Ferries have cancelled three services, including the 1.15pm service between Hollyhead and Dublin.
Power outages have also been reported in Gwynedd, Conwy, Anglesey and Denbighshire. Scottish Power engineers are on call to address the situation.
A second yellow weather warning for heavy rain is in place for Sunday from 9am until 9pm.
