North Wales is bracing itself for another weather on-slaught from this evening following on from many weeks of winds, rain and flooding.
In the latest bulletin from the Met Office, Conwy and neighbouring counties are at a risk of snow and ice from 8pm on Tuesday (25th Feb) through to 10am on Wednesday.
During this time, a yellow weather warning says that motorists and members of the public should be aware of inclement weather over an area which includes the whole of Wales and the North West of England.
Forecasters have warned of the risk of injuries from slips and falls on pathways and motorists should be careful of black ice and snow on the region's roads.
Conwy County Council have confirmed that gritters will be out on Tuesday evening to minimise the risk to major routes in the area.
