Police are appealing for witnesses following a road traffic collision between a single vehicle and a pedestrian.
The incident occurred on Abergele Road junction with Rhiw Road, Colwyn Bay at about 7.50pm on Saturday night (5th October).
PC Williams of the Central Roads Policing Unit is appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision to contact Police with any information they may have.
