Clwyd West MS Darren Millar was impressed by the varied and striking arts, crafts and photography on display when he called into a Colwyn Bay Gallery last week.
Bay View Gallery is situated in the Bay View Centre and is run by volunteers.
It contains arts, crafts and photography for sale from around 125 local artists and is a lovely place to browse and pick up everything from gift cards and jewellery to oil paintings and prints.
Darren said: “Bay View Gallery is a lovely place to visit with an impressive array of artwork.
“The Gallery changes its displays every month so there are always new items to browse and buy.
“I very much enjoyed my visit and viewing all the items on display. There are certainly many talented artists in the area and I am pleased that they have this platform to showcase and sell their work.
“The gallery is run by a committed team of volunteers and I would like to thank them all for giving up their free time to ensure the gallery can open each week from 10.30am until 4pm Monday to Friday, and from 10am until 4pm on Saturday.
“I would encourage people who haven’t already visited the gallery to drop by – I can guarantee you won’t leave disappointed.”
