An investigation has been launched after a safety incident at the Llandudno Victorian Extravaganza on Saturday.
Reports on social media claim that a car became detached from a fairground ride, injuring a young rider as it fell a number of metres to the ground.
After an inspection from the Health and Safety Executive, the operator had permission to continue, but the ride was voluntarily closed.
