St. David's Hospice have issued a warning to fundraisers and charity givers to be aware that a scam page has been published on social media.
A spokesperson said: "We have been made aware that a St David's Hospice fake profile has been created. The profile admin has been replying to comments on our official posts."
"They are also encouraging our followers to click on a link that suggests they have won a competition. Please do not click on the link or respond to the comment."
St. David's Hospice have reported the fake page to Facebook and are asking supporters to be particularly careful that they are engaging with their official social media posts and pages.
