On my show earlier today, I had a good chat with Simon Poole who works for Mens Sheds Cymru about the brilliant work that is done down on Rhiw Road in Colwyn Bay and further afield across Wales.
Interestingly there is far more to the Mens Sheds than meets the eye and Simon tells me a little about why it is so important to support older men living in our community.
Of course at the moment, COVID-19 has impacted on the Sheds' operation but there is still a good support network out there as Simon explains.
