Hanes Emyr ac Elwyn: Pennod 05 1982
Cynhyrchu’r Gyfres Gyntaf o "Galw Gari"
Ar ôl cwblhau taith pantomeim arall, dychwelais i Fae Colwyn i ddod o hyd i Elwyn wedi'i osod mewn swyddfa newydd. Uwchben ei siop roedd swyddfa wag, felly penderfynodd Elwyn rentu’r swyddfa am gyfnod byr er mwyn paratoi ar gyfer “Galw Gari” yn y gobaith y byddai’n cael ei chomisiynu. Cyrhaeddais y swyddfa i ddarganfod bod angen rhywfaint o ddodrefn arnom. Dwy ddesg, pedair cadair, cwpwrdd ffeilio a ffôn. Roedd y dodrefn yn flaenoriaeth oherwydd roedd Gomisiynydd S4C, Emlyn Davies, ar ei ffordd i Fae Colwyn i fynychu cyfarfod gyda ni y bore canlynol.

Emyr and Elwyn Story Ep 05 (1982)
Producing the First Series of “Galw Gari”.
1982
After completing another pantomime tour, I returned to Colwyn Bay to find Elwyn installed in a new office. Above his shop, there was an empty office, so Elwyn decided to rent the office for a short period in order to prepare for “Galw Gari” in the hope that it would be commissioned. I arrived at the office to find that we were in need of some furniture. Two desks, four chairs, a filing cabinet and a telephone. The furniture was a priority because S4C's Commissioning Editor, Emlyn Davies, was on his way to Colwyn Bay to attend a meeting with us the following morning.
There are many......

Pennod 06 1983 - 1985
Ymateb i’r gyfres gyntaf, ffilmio, “Nadoligari” a “Gwyliau Banc Gari”
Darlledwyd y gyfres ar S4C am 8 o’r gloch bob nos Lun o Ionawr 31ain hyd at Fawrth 7fed, 1983. Roedd ymateb y wasg yn gymysg. Roedd, “Y Cymro”, yn meddwl ei fod yn wych, serch hynny, roedd, “Y Faner”, yn meddwl ei fod yn siomedig. Roedd ymateb S4C yn ffafriol, cafwyd galwad ffôn gan Euryn Ogwen-Williams, rheolwr Rhaglenni, yn ein gwahodd i gyflwyno cyllideb ar gyfer ail gyfres. Wedi’n calonogi gan boblogrwydd y gyfres gyntaf o “Galw Gari”, fe benderfynon ni ryddhau albwm yn cynnwys pob un......

Pennod 07 1986 – 2003
Cynhyrchu Ffilm Y Boi Sgowt ,“Y Gwyliau”, “Chwedlau Jogars a “Rargian Fawr”.
Cynhaliodd y cwmni gyfarfod ar Ionawr 17eg i drafod ein syniadau ar gyfer 1986-87. Roedd Emyr yn awyddus iawn i gynhyrchu'r syniad yn seiliedig ar y fformat, "Candid Camera". Yr un peth â'r fersiwn wreiddiol, byddai'r tîm cynhyrchu yn creu sefyllfaoedd comig i dwyllo'r cyhoedd i feddwl bod y sefyllfaoedd yn rhai real. Teimlais y byddai’r gyfres yn gam yn ôl, credaf fod cyfrifoldeb moesol ar gynhyrchwyr teledu i warchod Joe Public rhag ei hun! Dylent osgoi creu sefyllfaoedd sy'n caniatáu iddo wneud ffŵl......
The Emyr and Elwyn Story Episode 06
1983 – 1985
The Response to the First Series and Future Plans
The series was broadcast on S4C at 8 o'clock every Monday night from January 31st until March 7th, 1983. The reaction of the press was mixed, The Welsh language weekly, “The Welshman” (Y Cymro) thought it was great, however, “The Banner” (Y Faner) thought it was disappointing. S4C's response was favourable, we received a phone call from Euryn Ogwen-Williams, the controller of Programmes, inviting us to submit a budget for a second series.
Encouraged by the popularity of the first series of “Galw Gari”, we decided to release an album containing all......
The Emyr and Elwyn Story Episode 07 1986 - 2003
The company held a meeting on January 17th to discuss our ideas for 1986-87. Emyr was very keen to produce the idea based on the format, "Candid Camera". The same as the original version, the production team would create comic situations to trick the public into thinking that the situations were real. I felt that the series would be a retrograde step. I have never been comfortable with the concept of what is now known as "Reality Television". Television producers should avoid creating situations that allow Joe Public to make a fool of himself. It's so easy to do, because of the way the genre has developed since those days, Joe is more than......
Part 5
After a few detours and wrong turns through the labyrinthine backstreets, Alucard Finally arrived at the town centre, his eyes drawn to the magnificent memorial structure standing tall and proud. It was a testament to the collective sorrow and the resolve to remember the fallen. The names of the victims, etched into the stone, served as a stark reminder of the lives brutally cut short.
Approaching the memorial, Alucard's fingers gently traced the engraved names that adorned the stone surface. Each name represented a unique story, a precious life extinguished far too soon. As his mind raced, he contemplated the intricate web of connections that might exist between the......
Part 6
It had been several days since Alucard had arrived in Iron Harbour. Upon his initial arrival, Alucard did not know what to expect or how he would be treated. The altercation he experienced at The Old Fox Inn on his very first night was nothing new to him; he always found himself in all sorts of trouble, whether by his own actions or not.
Alucard was seriously enjoying his time within this small little town, the people of Iron harbour always greeted him with a smile and asked for his well being, a rare treat indeed for Alucard, normally people would avoid him and blame him for their problems and curse his kind. The hunters of old might have long disappeared, but people......
The Emyr and Elwyn Story 1969 – 1976 The Four Oaks
The story begins in the late 1960s when Emyr and Elwyn recorded a catchy song entitled, "Cariad". Other successful songs followed with the brothers appearing regularly on the popular BBC Wales television series, "Disc a Dawn". This enabled the brothers to develop their live performances in clubs, hotels and halls across Wales. Their popularity was due to the element of comedy in the act. Over the three years since he began performing with his brother, Emyr had developed the ability to get close to his audience and to communicate with them individually and collectively. This is the talent that put Emyr and Elwyn at the forefront of......
Part 7
Alucard had left the Manor grounds and was heading down the large stone steps leading away. As he descended, he noticed a figure approaching from the opposite direction, yet he couldn't discern the person's identity until they drew nearer. It turned out to be Eugene. Alucard hadn't seen much of him since their initial encounter.
Eugene recognized Alucard as they crossed paths on the steps leading to the manor. His demeanour shifted from sombre to a welcoming smile, his delight at encountering Alucard evident. He had been eager to bump into him, hoping to gain insights into the progress of the investigation.
“Good evening Mr Alucard. It is good to see you......
